Microsoft Copilot is the AI-powered assistant used to support the Office suite by optimizing tasks, summarizing meeting notes, creating documents and much more. Businesses are able to integrate Microsoft Copilot with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc. You can also use Copilot by itself for a more widespread use of the product.
For those long Teams meetings, you can upload the recording to Copilot and have it summarize for you. Have it write those difficult to describe emails or can’t figure out a formula you need in excel? Copilot can do that for you as well.
You can either enter a custom prompt, or use one of the suggested prompts to get going. Copilot will respond with its results and give recommendations on how to adjust the reply to what you need. You can upload documents for review or use the microphone to use voice to text as well.
Copilot also keeps a history of the prompts asked in case you need to review the previous prompts.
You can access Copilot in Teams, use the desktop app, or integrate it with other services.
