We wanted to reach out to provide an update on the recent interruptions you may have experienced with your phone service. Our service had a 100% uptime until recent nationwide outages. As of Friday 11/12/2021, we’re at 99.54 % of uptime; but that’s not good enough for us. We understand that even a fraction of a % can impact your business and we won’t accept anything less than being the best.
Because of these recent outages we have begun investing in a redundant server. What does this mean for you, our customer? In the .46 % chance that our primary server goes down, it will roll-over to another nationwide server. This will provide an additional layer of redundancy in case of outages, like on Tuesday 11/09 and briefly on Friday 11/12, and prevent your business from experiencing future interruptions.
